Tinha acabado de realizar uma cirurgia no olho e, infelizmente, meu médico acabou trocando um dos COLIRIOS rasurando a receita. Ok, não pode, principalmente por ser medicamento controlado. Porém, estava eu, recém operada, com tampão no olho e, a única coisa que ouvi da funcionária foi "infelizmente não podemos aceitar". Não poderia ter sido enviada a receita sem rasuras posteriormente? E pelo amor de Deus, estamos falando de COLIRIO!!! Lamentável. Fui nessa farmácia por admirar o atendimento de outras unidades da rede, mas nunca mais volto. E não indico.
Worst experience I ever had. There is a lack of empathy and humanized service on the part of employees. I had just had eye surgery and, unfortunately, my doctor ended up changing one of the Eye Drops, erasing the prescription. Okay, it can't, mainly because it's a prescription drug. However, I was recently operated on, with a patch over my eye, and the only thing I heard from the employee was "unfortunately we can't accept it". Couldn't the recipe have been sent without erasures later? And for God's sake, we're talking about EYES!!! Unfortunate. I went to this pharmacy because I admire the service provided by other units in the network, but I never go back. And I don't indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpe não ter solicitado o nome da moça para mencionar aqui pois merecia um elogio. Não solicitei o nome pois estava cansada da volta do trabalho mas precisava comprar um colírio para meu filho. Solicitei a moça me cadastrar no site do fabricante para ganhar o desconto. O site estava lento e mesmo assim ela fez até dar certo. Funcionários pacientes e atenciosos. Aliás todas me atenderam muito bem. Uma vez tive dúvidas de uma escova elétrica e as meninas me explicaram tudo mesmo eu falando que não iria comprar naquele momento.
Sorry I didn't ask for the girl's name to mention here as it deserved a compliment. I didn't ask for the name as I was tired from returning from work but I needed to buy eye drops for my son. I asked the girl to register me on the manufacturer's website to get the discount. The site was slow and even so she did it right. Patient and attentive staff. In fact, they all treated me very well. Once I had doubts about an electric toothbrush and the girls explained everything to me even though I said I wouldn't buy it at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a Droga Raia de Vinhedo para comprar um auto teste de Covid. Eu mesma gostaria de fazer a coleta, pois se precisasse ja iria comprar os medicamentos. Fiz o teste ali mesmo na loja, e as funcionárias Sandra e Isabela foram EXTREMAMENTE insensiveis e desumanas, dizendo que eu nao poderia realizar o teste ali na loja. Eu ja tinha pedido para usar a salinha de procedimentos, mas nao deixaram. Alias, uma outra funcionária muito gentil, que nao me recordo o nome, e a consultora de beleza foram muito educadas e humanas.
Continuei realizando o teste na loja e só faltou a Sandra e a Isabela me conduzirem para fora da loja. Eu, com sintomas de Covid e doente (graças a Deus nao era Covid) não tive o mínimo de empatia dessas duas funcionárias (uma delas ainda é a farmacêutica do estabelecimento). Caso precisasse ja iria adquirir os medicamentos necessários, pois moro longe da farmácia.
Fiquei muito decepcionada.
I went to Droga Raia de Vinhedo to buy a Covid self test. I would like to do the collection myself, because if I needed to, I would buy the medicines. I took the test right there in the store, and the employees Sandra and Isabela were EXTREMELY insensitive and inhuman, saying that I couldn't perform the test there in the store. I had already asked to use the procedure room, but they wouldn't let me. By the way, another very kind employee, whose name I don't remember, and the beauty consultant were very polite and humane.
I continued carrying out the test at the store and all that remained was Sandra and Isabela to lead me out of the store. I, with symptoms of Covid and sick (thank God it wasn't Covid) didn't have the slightest empathy from these two employees (one of them is still the pharmacy of the establishment). If I needed it, I would buy the necessary medicines, because I live far from the pharmacy.
I was very disappointed.
