★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração ao consumidor, fui lá tomar uma injeção (contracept) o qual tive que entregar a eles meu documento (RG), porém a atendente esqueceu de me devolver esse documento, procurei em casa feita uma louca,eles não tiveram a a consideração de ligar pra avisar que eu havia deixado o documento la.
Lack of consideration for the consumer, I went there for a contracept which I had to give them my document (RG), but the attendant forgot to return me this document, I looked home made crazy, they did not have the consideration of call to let me know I had left the document there.
