★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa! Além de ter muita variedade, o preço é bom também. Ótimo atendimento de todos funcionários. Tem estacionamento, vaga pcd, rampa acessível, lugar para deixar o cachorro e só faltou bicicletário. Tive que acorrentar minha bicicleta onde fica cachorro.

Ontem, 06/01/2022, fui até a loja da Droga Raia localizada na Av. Silva Lobo, 963, Belo Horizonte - MG. Assim que cheguei fui ao balcão de medicamentos. Percebi que não havia um local para formação de filas estabelecido pela loja (pelo menos não identifiquei um). Havia 3 pessoas em pé, em locais diferentes do balcão, no lado dos clientes. Perguntei para cada uma delas se já tinham sido atendidas, para evitar que eu fosse atendido antes de alguém que já estava esperando. Havia uma mulher esperando atendimento (as demais pessoas já estavam em atendimento). Fiquei atrás desta mulher, para formar uma fila.
Os atendimentos demoraram. Dois novos clientes chegaram e se posicionaram no balcão, em outros locais que não onde eu estava.
Quando a primeira atendente liberou seu atendimento, ela se dirigiu a uma cliente que chegou depois de mim. A segunda atendente liberou e atendeu o outro cliente, que também havia chegado depois de mim.
Eu fiquei indignado. Fui até as duas atendentes e reclamei veementemente. Disse, inclusive para os dois clientes, que eu verifico se há alguém na minha frente por questão de educação mínima. Porém, disse para as duas atendentes que elas DEVERIAM verificar melhor se havia cliente na frente antes de atenderem.
Foi um absurdo o que passei. Esperei vários minutos para não ser atendido. Fui embora muito indignado. Honestamente, priorizarei outras drogarias e farmácias SEMPRE que precisar, daqui para frente.

Good Morning.
Yesterday, 06/01/2022, I went to the Droga Raia store located at Av. Silva Lobo, 963, Belo Horizonte - MG. As soon as I arrived I went to the medication counter. I noticed that there was no place for queuing established by the store (at least I didn't identify one). There were 3 people standing in different places on the counter, on the customers' side. I asked each of them if they had already been attended to, to avoid being attended to before someone who was already waiting. There was a woman waiting for assistance (the other people were already being attended). I stood behind this woman to form a line.
The appointments took a long time. Two new customers arrived and took up positions at the counter in places other than where I was.
When the first attendant released her call, she addressed a customer who arrived after me. The second attendant released and attended to the other customer, who had also arrived after me.
I was outraged. I went to the two attendants and complained vehemently. He said, even to the two clients, that I check to see if there's anyone in front of me for reasons of minimal politeness. However, I told the two attendants that they SHOULD check better if there was a customer in front before answering.
It was absurd what I went through. I waited several minutes to get no answer. I left very indignant. Honestly, I will prioritize other drugstores and pharmacies WHENEVER I need, going forward.
