★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um produto pela rappi pois não tinha como me descolar até uma farmácia, produto veio com aparência de velho, tanto que até as letras estão desbotadas e com validade para 01/20, e esse mês e ano é daqui 2 dias rs. Liguei para a unidade e não me ajudaram em “nada” a não ser que eu fosse lá trocar, não tenho como me deslocar, fora que estou toda queimada e com dor.
 I asked for a product by rappi because there was no way to take me off to a pharmacy, the product came with an old look, so much so that even the letters are faded and valid for 01/20, and this month and year is 2 days from now lol. I called the unit and they did not help me with “anything” unless I went there to change, I have no way to get around, except that I am all burned and in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários educados. Porém na frente e no estacionamento da farmácia sempre tem gente pedindo...deixando os clientes desconfortáveis. Já falei várias vezes sobre isso mas não adianta. Vou trocar de loja por esse motivo
Polite staff. But in the front and in the pharmacy parking lot there are always people asking ... making customers uncomfortable. I've talked about it several times but it doesn't help. I will change stores for that reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre compro nesta loja, vou praticamente toda semana, e sempre gostei muito do atendimento e da diversidade de produtos.
Hoje precisei comprar leite para o meu filho urgentemente e eu não tinha como ir pessoalmente na loja, e solicitei o delivery pelo Whatsapp, me surpreendi, eles foram muito prestativos, atenciosos e entregaram super rápido.
Recomendo demais!
I always shop at this store, I go practically every week, and I always enjoyed the service and the diversity of products.
Today I needed to buy milk for my son urgently and I had no way to go to the store in person, and I requested delivery through Whatsapp, I was surprised, they were very helpful, attentive and delivered super fast.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre sou bem atendida, mas hj o funcionário Phelipe se recusou a me aplicar uma medicação por causa de poucos dias de atraso…alegando q é norma da Anvisa, todas as outras vezes consegui tomar c certo atraso, pois nem sempre consigo estar após as 20h p aplicar, já q não fazem antes , pois estão c demanda do teste do covid.
Infelizmente vou parar de comprar na loja!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a farmácia que mais dificulta a vida da população. As farmacêuticas acham que tem técnicas de caligrafia para analisar letra de médico. Como pode isso? Se tem um risco a mais ou a menos não querem vender e faz o cliente perder tempo. Não recomendo.
This is the pharmacy that makes life difficult for the population. Pharmaceuticals think they have handwriting techniques to analyze doctor's handwriting. How can this be? If there is more or less risk, they don't want to sell and make the customer waste time. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estava me sentindo bem e pedi para medir a pressão, uma gentileza que todas as farmácias fazem, e me disseram que eu tinha que pagar pelo serviço. Um absurdo! Nunca mais compro aqui.
I wasn't feeling well and asked to have my blood pressure checked, a kindness that all pharmacies do, and I was told I had to pay for the service. An absurdity! I never shop here again.
