★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrela porque não tem como deixar com zero... Deparei com um pacote de fralda Pampers 60 pçs com um preço competitivo (não barato) indicado na prateleira com o valor de R$89,90. Após alguns minutos na fila, chega minha vez, e o código mostra o valor de R$105,00, infelizmente somos sempre induzidos a pagar por algo que não nos interessa, mesmo não ficando com a mercadoria, perdi meu tempo esperando e sai envergonhado por não aceitar pagar uma diferença de R$15,00, valor simbólico porém injusto pelo ocorrido, verdadeiro descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, sou de outra cidade e liguei várias vezes para ter informações sobre o teste de COVID, além de ligar enviei várias mensagens pelo whatsapp e depois de uma hora e meia não haviam respondido. Não estamos bem e minha esposa está grávida, a gerente muito mal educada dizendo que não tem tempo para ficar no telefone com clientes e ainda disse que nós deveríamos ter esperado a vontade deles responder... Doença não espera ... Educação cabe em qualquer lugar. Droga Raia deveria dar um treinamento sobre educação para seus funcionários, principalmente aqueles que respondem pela empresa...A loja de Mirassol na praça São Pedro não indico ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, pena que os funcionários ficam sobrecarregados por ter que atender celular e filas imensas, deveriam colocar alguém só para o celular já que a maioria das reclamações são por esse motivo. Sinalizar a fachada da loja que é aberta 24h exceto aos domingos para evitar esse tipo de reclamação também.

Os preços costumeiramente de remédios e cosméticos são altos mas com o convênio da Unimed "dão uma abaixada". Tem estacionamento na frente para 4 veículos. Faz aplicação no local.
