★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui até a farmácia drogal bariri(Filial 113), e na vaga rápida que existe na frente da mesma, (Rua 7 de setembro, 964) que serve para ser utilizada pelos clientes da mesma, havia um caixote de plástico reservando a vaga, parei mesmo assim pois estava com criança pequena no carro, e de qualquer forma eu ia utilizar os serviços do estabelecimento, pois sempre compro ali, e nunca tive nenhum tipo de problema. Então uma funcionária me pediu pra tirar o carro, e a outra falou que sou sem educação, porque parei na vaga que ela havia reservado (irregularmente), pois disse que dali alguns minutos iria parar o caminhão para descarregar medicamentos, sendo que na rua lateral (av. João Lemos) já existe uma vaga para carga e descarga. Porém conforme estabelece o CTB no Art. 24, somente os órgãos de trânsito estão autorizados a reservarem as vagas de estacionamento. Deste modo, se você nâo é um agente autorizado do órgão de trânsito, você não pode, em nenhuma hipótese, demarcar a via pública com cones, caixotes nem cavaletes. Enfim, sempre fui bem atendido no estabelecimento, porém medidas devem ser aplicadas, ao menos com a orientação dos funcionários que fazem a reserva de vaga irregular, e ainda maldizem o cliente que para na vaga para utilizar os serviços do mesmo.
Today I went to the drugstore bariri (Branch 113), and in the quick parking space in front of it, (Rua 7 de Setembro, 964) that is used by its customers, there was a plastic crate reserving the space, I stopped anyway because I had a small child in the car, and anyway I was going to use the establishment's services, as I always shop there, and I never had any kind of problem. So one employee asked me to take the car, and the other said I'm rude, because I stopped in the space she had reserved (irregularly), because she said that in a few minutes the truck would stop to unload medicines, and on the side street (av. João Lemos) there is already a space for loading and unloading. However, as established by the CTB in Art. 24, only transit agencies are authorized to reserve parking spaces. Thus, if you are not an authorized agent of the transit agency, you cannot, under any circumstances, demarcate the public road with cones, crates or trestles. Anyway, I was always well attended at the establishment, but measures must be applied, at least with the guidance of the employees who make the irregular vacancy reservation, and still curse the customer who stops in the vacancy to use the services of the same.
