Perguntei para a atendente por um shampoo para piolho, bem famoso por sinal e ela nem fazia ideia do que era, tentou me vender outra marca que não era a que eu pedi, e o pior ficou se espreguiçando na minha frente e falando que estava com sono.
Terrible attendance!!
I asked the attendant for a shampoo for lice, quite famous by the way and she had no idea what it was, she tried to sell me another brand that was not the one I asked for, and the worst thing was sprawling in front of me and saying that she was with sleep.

Phone service was great, contrary to what I saw people talking about. And I even found the best price in Ribeirão for the medicine I was looking for.
