I ASKED FOR A PRODUCT, I WAS GIVEN HALF HOUR TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER, I WAITED ALMOST 1 HOUR. REQUEST NO ARRIVED, CALLED TO CANCEL AND NGM FULFILLED.
THEN I ASKED IN ANOTHER PHARMACY, ALMOST 1 HOUR AFTER THE STRESSED ONE ARRIVED IN MY HOUSE, I WAS TALKING TO HIM Q N WANTED MORE, HE PICKED UP THE PRODUCT, THROUGH THE BOX Q IS ON THE MOTORCYCLE AND HIT THE BOX DOOR.
IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME Q I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS PHARMACY, THE PRICE MAY BE GREAT, BUT THE SERVICE IS TRASH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fiz um pedido as 18:49. Mais de uma hora após entrei em contato e fui informado que o pedido saiu. Às 20:30h tentei novos contatos sem sucesso e o pedido não chegou.Não recomendo. As entregas sempre foram demoradas mas dentro do um padrão aceitável. Atualmente, é demorado e com atendimento de descaso. Não adianta bom preço sem acesso a atendimento ruim. Nem pedido de desculpas por erro desse. Quem pede medicação normalmente tem dor ou impossibilidade de deslocamento.
Fiz outro pedido na Farma Gerais, que recomendo.
Terrible. I placed an order at 18:49. More than an hour later I got in touch and was informed that the order went out. At 20:30h I tried new contacts without success and the request didn't arrive. I don't recommend it. Deliveries were always delayed but within an acceptable standard. Currently, it is time-consuming and neglected. There is no point in having a good price without access to bad service. No apologies for that mistake. Those who ask for medication are usually in pain or unable to move.
I made another order at Farma Gerais, which I recommend.

Vc pede algo genérico , mandam original , não informam ao cliente promoções dos genéricos antes de vender, são sem paciência e educação na hora de resolver o problema pelo whatsapp.
Terrível
Funcionário mal preparado no atendimento na questão delivery.
Deixei de ser cliente e não recomendo essa franquia de Vespasiano
