★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja da Rua dos Tupis,n 646, no centro de Belo Horizonte para comprar uma lâmina de barbear descartável. Dei uma nota de 50 reais para pagar, pois não tinha menor e a caixa recusou a nota afirmando que a nota tinha uma sombra rosa que poderia sugerir de uma fonte não fidedigna. Desisti da compra e pedi o livro de reclamações. A caixa chamou a gerente ou responsável da loja que me deixou mais ou menos 15 minutos a espera , pois a mesma não se encontrava naquela loja. A responsável repetiu o mesmo discurso alegando ser as normas da empresa e que não tinha livro de reclamações e que deveria voltar a casa de câmbio onde recebi a nota ou ao banco do Brasil. O transtorno e o constrangimento da situação cuja explicação não se justificava a meu ver dado que a nota era verdadeira !
 I went to the store on Rua dos Tupis, n 646, in downtown Belo Horizonte to buy a disposable razor. I gave a bill of 50 reais to pay, since there was no minor and the cashier refused the note saying that the note had a pink shade that could suggest from an untrusted source. I gave up on the purchase and asked for the complaints book. The cashier called the store manager or person in charge who left me about 15 minutes to wait, as she was not in that store. The official repeated the same speech, claiming that it was the company's rules and that she had no complaints book and that she should return to the exchange office where I received the note or to the bank of Brazil. The inconvenience and the embarrassment of the situation whose explanation was not justified in my view given that the note was true!
