Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência quando necessitei fazer a troca de um sabonete higiênico líquido. Fiquei um bom tempo naquele jogo de empurra de um funcionário para outro, para depois de quase 10 minutos ouvir do funcionário que para efetuar a troca teria que pagar uma diferença de 6 reais, já que no dia da compra o produto estava mais barato. Era apenas pra trocar o nesmo produto com fragrância diferente. Creio q essa cobrança vai de encontro ao código do cosumidor. Acabei não trocando.
Prices are reasonable, but sometimes there are good deals on hygiene and cleaning products. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I needed to change a liquid toilet soap. I spent a long time in that pushes game from one employee to another, so after almost 10 minutes I heard from the employee that to make the exchange I would have to pay a difference of 6 reais, since on the day of purchase the product was cheaper. It was just to exchange the same product with a different fragrance. I believe that this charge goes against the code of the consumer. I ended up not changing.

Você encontra de tudo lá. Tem um ótimo atendimento e o horário é outro ponto importante pois atende imprevistos e necessidades de momento em horários fora do habitual do comércio em geral.

At Araújo, we have always found what we are looking for, not only medicines, but this strategy of combining the pharmacy and the type of grocery store attracts people a lot.
