★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente ficamos muito felizes por termos uma drogaria araujo próximo de nossa casa, afinal temos que ir muito longe, no bairro guarani, para podermos comprar rações de cachorro e de gato.
Será muito bem vinda em nossa comunidade.
Atualizando meus comentários, gostaria de deixar aqui minha indignação com esta loja da drogaria Araújo.
Como coloquei em meu comentário à época da inauguração da drogaria um dos meus grandes produtos que ao menos duas vezes por mês necessito é ração para meu gato e meus cães. A ração do gato sempre encontro quando preciso, porém a ração dos cães eu nunca encontro, que é a pedigree "cães adultos graças pequenas". Já pedi aos funcionários para reforçarem os pedidos desse produto, porém nads é feito.
Doente disso, volto a frequentar a loja da Waldomiro Lobo ou a da Maria Amélia Maia.
First, we were very happy to have an Araujo drugstore close to our house, after all, we have to go very far, in the Guarani neighborhood, to be able to buy dog and cat food.

Updating my comments, I would like to leave here my indignation with this Araújo drugstore store.
As I mentioned in my comment at the time of the opening of the drugstore, one of my great products that I need at least twice a month is food for my cat and my dogs. The cat food I always find when I need it, but the dog food I never find, which is the pedigree "small thanks adult dogs". I've already asked employees to reinforce orders for this product, but nothing is done.
Sick of that, I go back to Waldomiro Lobo's or Maria Amélia Maia's store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até que enfim, uma Araujo no bairro. Isso é muito bom. Além de ser ter mais variedades, falta inclusive incluir um cx 24h e a drogaria ser 24h ( no qual boa parte são ) mas em breve chegará lá.
At last, an Araujo in the neighborhood. That's really good. In addition to having more varieties, we still need to include a box 24h and the drugstore is 24h (in which a good part are) but will soon get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja da Aráujo, faço uso da rede à muitos anos, é essa para mim é a pior, hoje 16/09/2021 eu fui na loja para procurar algo simples, rodei a loja inteira e nenhum vendedor veio me perguntar o que eu estava procurando, já fui nas lojas de venda nova (fui muito bem atendido), no centro de BH e em Contagem e quando decido ir em uma loja próximo da minha residência, nem atendido fui, fora que não encontrei algo simples (manteiga de cacau) que nas outras lojas eu via de longe.

Worst store in Aráujo, I have used the network for many years, this is the worst for me, today 16/09/2021 I went to the store to look for something simple, I went around the entire store and no salesperson came to ask me what I was. looking, I've already been to the new sale stores (I was very well attended), in the center of BH and in Contagem and when I decide to go to a store near my residence, I didn't even go, except that I couldn't find something simple (cocoa butter) that in other stores I saw from afar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo, funcionários sem compromisso, não leva a serio o cliente, encomendei 2 cx de remédio ,quando fui buscar disseram que não tinha feito o pedido. Quando o fregues chega na loja ficam andando atrás, igual grude,no cx é uma pergunta se quer doar o troco ,isso ja está chato.
Terrible service, uncompromising employees, they don't take the customer seriously, I ordered 2 boxes of medicine, when I went to pick up they said they hadn't made the order. When the customer arrives at the store, they keep walking behind, just like glue, in the cashier it's a question if you want to donate the change, that's already boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carece de um treinamento para os funcionários no quesito informações. Estive três vezes no local para o teste do COVID e não consegui fazer. Na primeira vez me informaram que fazia e o valor. Voltei no dia seguinte e fui informada que o horário para o exame era até às 19:00 como eu não sabia cheguei às 19:10. Voltei no sábado pq me informaram que poderia fazer de 8:30 ao meio dia. Cheguei às 10:50 e estava preenchendo o formulário qdo surgiu a responsável e disse que já estava encerrado. Motivo? Ela não levou marmita e tinha que almoçar. Nada contra o intervalo de direito dos trabalhadores, TB sou uma, mas ninguém me informou que até o meio dia contava com o intervalo de almoço da farmacêutica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a princípio fiquei feliz com a Loja na região. Porém o atendimento é péssimo (Quando atendem né). Ontem mesmo fui a loja o Gerente e uma atendente estavam no balcão. Assim que cheguei saíram rindo e conversando, o balcão ficou sem ninguém. Em seguida chegou outro cliente. Ficamos um bom tempo esperando e ninguém apareceu para atender. Por fim, saímos da loja sem atendimento. E o Gerente parado em frente ao caixa. Sem fazer nada juntamente com sua equipe.
