Fiquei muito feliz com o tipo do atendimento e a atenção para retornar com o posicionamento da empresa sobre minha demanda.

Purchase made on the Araujo website for collection at this unit. Unsuccessful attempt to cancel the purchase. Neither the central nor the unit cancel the order and with that I am unable to refund the amount by the card.

Tive que efetuar uma troca de medicamento, e não encontrei o cupom fiscal. Imaginei que pudesse ter esquecido de pegar, no momento que fiz o pagamento. Pedi à funcionária Aline para procurar na lixeira do "caixa" em que fui atendido. Ela prontamente começou a ler os cupons que encontrou na lixeira, até encontrar o meu. E, de forma rápida e eficiente, processou a troca de medicamento. Uma atenção desse nível fideliza o cliente para sempre!
The store was recently opened, and some employees still have little experience. But, they are always considerate and polite. I had to make a change of medication, and I didn't find the tax coupon. I figured I might have forgotten to pick it up, the moment I made the payment. I asked the employee Aline to look in the trash in the "box" where I was served. She promptly started reading the coupons she found in the trash, until she found mine. And, quickly and efficiently, processed the drug change. Attention at this level keeps the customer loyal forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço bom. Área dermatológica com uma boa atendente. Boa variedade de produtos e é barato. Algumas vezes uns funcionários não notam sua presença, diferente de como era bem no início do funcionamento da empresa, mas quando atendem tentam ajudar, embora nem sempre consigam.
