Local com diversidade de produtos e preços compatíveis com as outras drogarias próximas. Algo que eu acho bem interessante, é a comodidade de entregarem os medicamentos em casa. A drogaria oferece esse serviço de delivery, algo que nenhuma drogaria da região possue esta comodidade.

Fiz um pedido, que veio errado.
Até aí todo mundo erra. Mas o pior é que o atendente foi grosso em todas as vezes que liguei!
Primeiro aparentemente ele só atende clientes que já estão acostumados a atender, mas de fato não sabem nem acessar o cadastro...
passado mais de duas horas que fiz o pedido, liguei novamente para saber.
Mas novamente, pra quê atender bem os clientes ne???
A entrega chegou, mas veio errado. Liguei para ver como podíamos resolver, e um outro atendente avisou que me retornaria. E assim foi feito.
O atendente me retornou, eu expliquei e ele disse repetiu exatamente o que pedi com grosseria mais uma vez, mas não era aquilo que havia chegado. Ao final da ligação ainda perguntei qual a previsão de chegada, já que depois de tanto tempo, já precisava com urgência do medicamento. Falou que eu não deveria me preocupar que seria resolvido. Assim não me responderam.
Mais de uma hora para entregar a troca. Que já havia se tornado uma emergência.
Liguei novamente, e ainda tive que ouvir que há outras entregas a serem feitas. Como seu eu fosse burra, e como se a culpa da entrega errada fosse minha.
Enfim demorou mais de uma hora para trocar novamente...
Se continuar assim, não terão que se preocupar com as "besteiras" dos clientes muito em breve...

I made a request, which came out wrong.
So far everyone is wrong. But the worst thing is that the attendant was rude every time I called!
First he apparently only serves customers who are already used to, but in fact do not even know how to access the register ...
after more than two hours I placed the order, I called again to inquire.
But again, why serve customers well ne ???
Delivery arrived, but it came wrong. I called to see how we could solve it, and another attendant said he would return. And so it was done.
The attendant returned me, I explained and he said he repeated exactly what I asked rudely again, but it was not what had arrived. At the end of the call I still asked what the expected arrival time was, since after so long, I needed the medicine urgently. He said that I shouldn't worry that it would be resolved. So they didn't answer me.
More than an hour to deliver the exchange. That it had already become an emergency.
I called again, and still had to hear that there are other deliveries to be made. As if I were stupid, and as if the fault of the wrong delivery was mine.
Anyway it took over an hour to switch again ...
If you continue like this, you won't have to worry about customer "bullshit" very soon ...
