★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escrevi claramente em um papel e entreguei ao sobrinho para que comprasse CERUMIN, pois estou isolado com suspeita de covid-19 e venderam ACERATUM como se fosse o mesmo que estava escrito no papel sem sequer informa-lo da diferença. O ACERATUM não possui o mesmo princípio ativo do CERUMIN e é mais caro e assim mais lucrativo.
Vejo isso como falta de respeito pelo interesse do cliente, visando o lucro acima da saúde e bem estar do cliente/paciente.
I wrote clearly on a paper and gave it to my nephew to buy CERUMIN, as I am isolated with suspicion of covid-19 and they sold ACERATUM as if it were the same one that was written on the paper without even informing him of the difference. ACERATUM does not have the same active ingredient as CERUMIN and is more expensive and thus more profitable.
I see this as a lack of respect for the client's interest, aiming at profit above the client's / patient's health and well-being.
