★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho costume de comprar presencial, tem variedade e bom preço, mas o atendimento via telefone é PÉSSIMO, um descaso... não atendem, guando atendem...acabei de ligar: me deixaram na espera até alguém desligar...olha que não é a primeira vez...se não gostam de atender por telefone é só dispensar essa opção.
 I have the habit of buying in person, there is a variety and good prices, but the service via phone is TERRIBLE, a disregard... they don't answer, when they answer... I just called: they left me on hold until someone hangs up... it's the first time... if you don't like to answer by phone, just dispense with that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local amplo, limpo e organizado, padrão farmácia. Atendentes solícitos e educados. Farmacêuticos tops! Destaque para o Dr Alcebiades, o gerente, sempre alegre, solicito, cortês, e educado. Sempre atendendo com qualidade e excelência. Em momento algum recebi atendimento ruim pelos colaboradores da farmácia. Os preços são altos e por isso não dou 5 estrelas. Na área de cosméticos as colaboradores nem sempre te atendem com presteza.
Large, clean and organized, standard pharmacy. Helpful and polite attendants. Top pharmacists! Highlight for Dr Alcebiades, the manager, always cheerful, solicitous, courteous, and polite. Always serving with quality and excellence. At no time did I receive bad care from the pharmacy's employees. The prices are high and that's why I don't give 5 stars. In the cosmetics area, employees do not always serve you promptly.

Liguei para fazer um pedido a moça super grossa, minutos depois liguei para fazer o cancelado pois conseguir quem entregasse mais rápido e mulher DESLIGOU, na minha cara e com voz arrogante e extremamente sem EDUCAÇÃO, principalmente para alguém que lida com o público.
Terrible service. I called to make a request to the super thick lady, minutes later I called to make the canceled because I could get someone to deliver faster and woman TURNED OFF, in my face and with an arrogant voice and extremely uneducated, especially for someone who deals with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Comprei uma caixa de máscara pretas, a noite tipo 21 horas. No outro dia quando fui abrir a caixa estava com aspecto de "mofo". Fui na loja as 7:30 da manhã e, cheguei a conversar com um vendedor antes de abrir a farmácia, o mesmo chegou a relatar que estava acontecendo com essas caixas de máscaras. E falou que havia possibilidade de troca. Mas como estava atrasada para o trabalho não esperei a farmácia abrir. Voltei com a caixa que havia aberto e a nota fiscal dentro da sacola. Fui direcionado para um funcionária que não sei o nome é nem o cargo. Esse funcionário até de forma grosseira falou que não tinha como trocar a caixa pois eu tinha aberto. Mas como eu poderia saber se tinha algum defeito se não tivesse aberto!?. Fiquei com muita raiva...muita mesmo. Que deixei na farmácia a caixa que havia comprado. Pois não havia condição de usar estas máscara. E pêlo visto é o lote todo.
Awful. I bought a box of black masks, at night like 21 hours. The other day when I went to open the box it looked like "mold". I went to the store at 7:30 in the morning and, I even talked to a salesperson before opening the pharmacy, the same came to report that it was happening with these boxes of masks. And he said there was a possibility of exchange. But as I was late for work, I didn't wait for the pharmacy to open. I came back with the box I had opened and the invoice inside the bag. I was directed to an employee who I don't know the name or title. This employee even rudely said that there was no way to change the box because I had opened it. But how could I know if there was a defect if I hadn't opened it!?. I was very angry...very much. That I left the box I had bought at the pharmacy. Because there was no condition to wear these masks. And apparently it's the whole lot.
