★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos com entregas comprei a algumas semanas atras e esperei mais de 5 horas para receber o remédio, não cancelei pq foi o único lugar que tinha achado o medicamento. E pra tirar uma segunda prova fiz outro pedido hoje e demoraram 1 hora liguei pra cobrar o pedido nem havia saído de la e olha que a entrega é no mesmo bairro onde esta localizado o estabelecimento. COMPREM EM OUTRO LUGAR NÃO PASSE RAIVA.
They are terrible with deliveries I bought a few weeks ago and I waited more than 5 hours to receive the medicine, I didn't cancel it because it was the only place I had found the medicine. And to take a second test, I made another order today and it took 1 hour to collect the order and I hadn't even left it and the delivery is in the same neighborhood where the establishment is located. BUY ELSEWHERE DON'T PASS ANGER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel medicamentos muito caros,,,e alem de tudo mais de 1 hora pra entregar,,,se vc faz o pedido pelo telefone e porque nao pode se deslocar ate o local ou pela comodidade,,,mas depois dessa experiencia nao recomendo pra ninguem!!!
Horrible experience, very expensive medicines,,, and more than 1 hour to deliver,,, if you order over the phone and because you can't go to the place or for the convenience,,, but after this experience I don't recommend it to nobody!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável a falta de consideração e compromisso com cliente pedir um medicamento as 20:30 agora são 22:41 a loja já fechou nem uma satisfação eles deram que não ia entregar meu produto. Falta de respeito !
Unbelievable the lack of consideration and commitment to the customer to ask for a drug at 20:30 now is 22:41 the store has closed not even a satisfaction they were not going to deliver my product. Lack of respect !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada com o atendimento com a falta de compromisso,gente vcs trabalham com medicamentos precisamos que sejam de confiança como antes,já e terceira vez que peço medicamentos e não e entregue, pedi sábado agora 07/05/2022 e estava muito mal, não me entregaram liguei era 20:00 esperei até às 23:15 e nada eu estava muito mal,era mais fácil falar que não iria entregar. Pediria em outro lugar. Muito decepcionada.
Very upset with the service with the lack of commitment, you guys work with medicines we need you to be reliable as before, it's the third time I ask for medicines and it's not delivered, I ordered Saturday now 05/07/2022 and it was very bad, no they delivered me I called it was 8:00 pm I waited until 11:15 pm and nothing I was very bad, it was easier to say that I would not deliver. I would ask elsewhere. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 1 estrela porque não tem como dar zero. Pedi um remedio pois minha filha estava com febre e a temperatura subindo mais. Fiz o pedido as 19:23. As 20:55 liguei para a farmacia e me informaram que ja havia saído e que inclusive a farmacia ja estava pra fechar e nem recebiam mais pedidos. Esperei mais um pouco e nada... resolvi comprar em outro lugar. Liguei na farmacia para cancelar o pedido mas ja nao me atenderam. Provavelmente ja havia fechado pois era mais de 21:00. Quando a entregadora (de moto) chegou ao local foi informada que não iria mais querer o produto pois demorou muito e precisei comprar em outro local. ( tive que comprar em outro local pois a temperatura da minha filha ja passava dos 39 graus). A motoqueira com arrogancia disse: gracas a Deus que nao vai querer. No momento que foi questionada que ela nao deveria dar gracas a Deus pois havia uma criança passando mal e ela muito grossa disse mais algumas palavras que nem cabe mencionar aqui.
NAO INDICO E NAO COMPRO NUNCA MAIS.
I'm giving 1 star because I can't give zero. I asked for medicine because my daughter had a fever and the temperature was rising more. I placed the order at 19:23. At 20:55 I called the pharmacy and they informed me that it had already left and that even the pharmacy was about to close and they didn't even receive more orders. I waited a little longer and nothing... I decided to buy somewhere else. I called the pharmacy to cancel the order but they didn't answer. It was probably already closed because it was after 21:00. When the delivery woman (by motorcycle) arrived at the place, she was informed that she would no longer want the product because it took too long and I had to buy it elsewhere. (I had to buy it elsewhere because my daughter's temperature was already over 39 degrees). The biker arrogantly said: thank God you don't want to. The moment she was asked that she shouldn't give thanks to God because there was a child feeling sick and she was very rude and said a few more words that are not even worth mentioning here.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.
