★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima farmácia e atendimento! No momento da aplicação da injeção informaram que não tinham luvas, e assim ministraram o medicamento. Atendimento super demorado. Fazem parte do Vida Link mas a atendente não sabe escanear um arquivo em formato jpeg que é o que o sistema pede, só sabe fazer em formato pdf, que não é aceito pelo sistema. Após 30 minutos esperando, disse que o problema era no “sistema”. Fujam

Isso não existe, segundo o código de defesa do consumidor em seu art 39, determina que “os estabelecimentos NÃO podem se negar a vender a quem se disponha a pagar”. Existe gerente nessa loja? Não parece. Aparentemente essa loja é nova, e pode ter certeza que vocês começaram errado, pois o que sustenta uma farmácia é um cliente fiel, e pode ter certeza que sou menos um. Quem me atendeu foi no telefone foi uma tal de Stefani, no WhatsApp creio que seja ela também, não tenho essa informação. PÉSSIMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, cheguei lá pra comprar algumas medicações e alguns produtos, tinham dois funcionários lá dentro nenhum me atendeu porque a mocinha que atendia estava ao outro lado da rua comprando coxinha na 101 vi bem. Enquanto eu aguardei a mesma voltar a moça ainda me falou pra senta pq ela ia demorar, aguardei por volta de uns 10 minutos e nada fui embora e lá estava ela comprando coxinha enquanto uns 3 clientes aguardavam e nada de atendimento. Péssimo nunca mais comprarei.
Terrible, I got there to buy some medication and some products, there were two employees inside, none of them attended me because the girl who served was on the other side of the street buying coxinha at 101 I saw it well. While I waited for her to come back, the girl still told me to sit down because she was going to take a while, I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing left and there she was buying coxinha while about 3 customers were waiting and no service. Terrible I will never buy again.

Se o atendente que está responsável por fazer o atendimento via WhatsApp não sabe se comportar com o público, está trabalhando no lugar errado.
Não tenho o porque deixar meu dinheiro em um estabelecimento que destrata o cliente por tão pouco.
