Falta de respeito com seus clientes
Sempre tomei injeção anticoncepcional nesta farmácia , pelo fato de trabalhar próximo
Quando algo mês passado me surpreendeu, o valor falado no caixa pra pagar. De imediato questionei o aumento repentino.
Daí me passaram que ouve um aumento no valor, ( onde questionei!!! ) não é possível tanto assim de um mês pro outro ,quando pedi a nota fiquei surpresa doque me cobraram na verdade a injeção não teve aumento e custa 23,9 porém estão cobrando 10,00 de aplicação e agulha também sendo cobrada. Total que paguei !!! 35 reais , isso é um absurdo com quem é cliente de vcs.. Pra mim nunca mais pessoal da redondeza desse bairro. Aqui no centro de itaqua todas farmácia não cobram aplicação e muito menos agulha venham tomarem suas injeções aqui pessoal

When something last month surprised me, the amount spoken at the cashier to pay. I immediately questioned the sudden increase.
Then I was told that there was an increase in the value, (where I asked!!!) it is not possible that much from one month to the next, when I asked for the bill I was surprised by what they charged me in fact the injection did not increase and it costs 23.9 however they are charging 10.00 for the application and the needle is also being charged. Total I paid !!! 35 reais, this is absurd with those who are your customers.. For me, never again people from around this neighborhood. Here in the center of itaqua, all pharmacies don't charge application and much less needle come take your injections here guys
