★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento por telefone é lamentável, não por falta de preparo do pessoal, mas quase não se consegue ligar para esse unidade, telefone nunca está disponível, o atendimento presencial é bom, mas existe essa grande falha para poder fazer uma compra por telefone e pedidos pelo whatsapp também demoram anos para responder...
telephone service is regrettable, not for lack of staff preparation, but it is almost impossible to call this unit, telephone is never available, face-to-face service is good, but there is this big flaw to be able to make a purchase by phone and order through whatsapp they also take years to answer...
