★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido via whatsapp, paguei adiantado via PIX. Estava com dores, mas a medicação demorou mais de 2 horas e não chegou. Eu cancelei o pedido e demoraram 1 hora e 40 minutos para fazer um PIX.
Essa foi a justificativa:
Sobre a demora - é outra turma que chegou agora (Não entendi)
Sobre o PIX - Já entramos em contato com financeiro e demos o seu pix. Acredito que em breve devem estar fazendo seu estorno ( Não era um processo burocrático de estorno, era só um PIX)
Colocam amigos e parentes para avaliar no google, queria que as pessoas tivessem a consciência de que essa avaliação é muito séria.
O atendimento ao cliente nunca vai melhorar se a gente não disser que está ruim.
Sempre compro nessa farmácia presencialmente, não tenho do que me queixar.
Foi a segunda experiência online, da primeira vez demorou muitooo também. Como era um domingo, deixei passar.
As empresas deveriam investir e valorizar o atendimento online, por causa disso perderam uma cliente.
I placed an order via whatsapp, paid in advance via PIX. I was in pain, but the medication took more than 2 hours and did not arrive. I canceled the order and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to make a PIX.
That was the justification:
About the delay - it's another group that has arrived now (I don't understand)
About PIX - We've already got in touch with finance and gave us your pix. I believe they will soon be making their chargeback (It wasn't a bureaucratic chargeback process, it was just a PIX)
They put friends and relatives to evaluate on google, I wanted people to be aware that this evaluation is very serious.
Customer service will never improve if we don't say it's bad.
I always shop at this pharmacy in person, I have nothing to complain about.
It was my second online experience, the first time it took forever too. As it was a Sunday, I let it go.
Companies should invest and value online service, because of that they lost a customer.
