★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em crise de hérnia de disco, meu sogro comprou minha medicação controlada nessa farmácia. Eram 30cp na receita, venderam 10 e informaram que poderia comprar mais com a mesma receita em até um mês. Após 1 semana, com muita dor para andar retornei com foto da receita, e a atendente sequer olhou, arrogantemente mandou retornar com a receita em papel. Moro na pedra branca.. voltei em casa para pegar. Ao retornar na farmácia fui informada que não tinha o medicamento disponível. Uma falta de vontade para trabalhar!! Se ao menos tivesse dado um pingo de atenção e olhado a foto, já me informava que não tinha..
 In a herniated disc crisis, my father-in-law bought my controlled medication at this pharmacy. There were 30cp in the recipe, they sold 10 and said they could buy more with the same recipe in up to a month. After 1 week, with a lot of pain to walk, I returned with a picture of the prescription, and the attendant didn't even look, arrogantly sent it back with the prescription on paper. I live in the white stone... I came home to get it. Upon returning to the pharmacy, I was informed that the medication was not available. An unwillingness to work!! If only I had paid an iota of attention and looked at the photo, I was already informed that I didn't have...

Tem um Farmacêutico que presta bom atendimento.
Se tiver alguém da empresa que vir essas postagens por gentileza, e melhorias para os clientes façam reciclagem com os colaboradores.

24/07/2020 Produtos empoeirados na gôndola Cariax embalagens avariadas atendentes pouco dão atenção quando passamos esse tipo de informação, lamentável esse atendimento por ser uma farmácia conceituada.
21/04/20, Gosto de comprar nessa farmácia mais o atendimento está em decadência, recentemente não fui bem atendido pela farmacêutica do período noturno, hoje estou na loja para compras de medicamentos verifiquei alguns produtos sem preço visível com etiquetas de outros produtos na frente informei um colaborador para que colocasse o preço correto ou colocasse na gôndola junto a produtos similares do mesmo valor o atendente simplesmente olhou e falou sim está errado, e não fez nada para correção.

24/07/2020 Dusty products on the Cariax shelf damaged packaging attendants pay little attention when we pass on this type of information, this service is unfortunate for being a reputable pharmacy.
04/21/20, I like to buy at this pharmacy but the service is in decline, recently I was not well attended by the night pharmacist, today I am at the store to buy medicines I checked some products with no visible price with labels of other products on the front I informed an employee to put the correct price or put it on the shelf with similar products of the same value, the attendant simply looked and said yes it is wrong, and did nothing to correct it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesse estabelecimento ontem, 19/01, por volta das 22h, e fui maltratada pela funcionária Valdice Carmem da Silva. Me senti ofendida, pois não bastou negar o medicamento popular Aerolin, afirmando pela segunda vez em menos de 1 semana que o sistema estava fora do ar, a mesma fez questão de proferir a seguinte frase: "é cada uma que a gente tem que aguentar". Me senti humilhada. Vou registrar reclamação junto ao CRF e esferas cabíveis.
I was at this establishment yesterday, 01/19, around 10pm, and I was mistreated by the employee Valdice Carmem da Silva. I felt offended, because it was not enough to deny the popular medicine Aerolin, stating for the second time in less than 1 week that the system was down, she made a point of uttering the following sentence: "it is each one that we have to put up with ". I felt humiliated. I will file a complaint with the CRF and appropriate spheres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa drogaria está sempre com filas pra pedir a medicação e depois pra passar no caixa. Nunca melhoram...se a procura é grande, poderia ser ampliado o número de funcionários pra melhorar o atendimento. Nesse dia tinham 10 pessoas na fila normal e pelo menos 5 idosos. Detalhe o ar condicionado estava desligado num calor de 32° lá fora.
This drugstore always has lines to ask for medication and then to go to the cashier. They never improve...if the demand is high, the number of employees could be increased to improve service. On that day there were 10 people in the normal queue and at least 5 elderly people. Detail the air conditioning was off in 32° heat outside.
