★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tem preferencial para atendimento, funcionários despreparados para atendimento de receitas online e não tem gerente local para informações ou reclamações e até "zombaram" de clientes. Não foi a primeira vez. NÃO RECOMENDO. Fomos em outra farmácia concorrente próximo ao loca e o atendimento foi totalmente diferente e conseguimos o medicamento OnLine (NEXODATA).
Terrible service, has no preferential service, employees unprepared to service online recipes and has no local manager for information or complaints and even "mocked" at customers. It was not the first time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We went to another competitor pharmacy close to the place and the service was totally different and we got the drug OnLine (NEXODATA).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de caixa dessa drogaria é o pior possível, você fica mais tempo na fila do caixa do que para pegar o remédio ou o que precisa, depois de 35 minutos na fila, isso mesmo, 35 minutos e ainda tendo várias pessoas minha frente, aí apareceu mais uma pessoa para atender no caixa, é um absurdo que eles deixam a fila chegar na frente do balcão de atendimento de remédios.
Isso não é a primeira, segunda ou terceira vez que isso acontece nessa farmácia, todas as vezes que precisei vir comprar algo aqui, isso acontece, e venho todos os meses comprar remédio aqui e venho nessa farmácia por sempre ter os medicamentos que preciso, mas se você não tem paciência de esperar, não venha nessa farmácia!!!!
The cashier service at this drugstore is the worst possible, you spend more time in the checkout line than to get the medicine or what you need, after 35 minutes in line, that's right, 35 minutes and still having several people in front of me, then another person showed up to attend the cashier, it's absurd that they let the queue get in front of the medicine counter.
This is not the first, second or third time this has happened in this pharmacy, every time I had to come buy something here, it happens, and I come every month to buy medicine here and I come to this pharmacy because I always have the medicines I need, but if you don't have the patience to wait, don't come to this pharmacy!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimonatendimento falta de atencao das pessoas fazem a venda erra de produto ai quem paga e o clientw pois nao podem devolver o dinheiro e uma falta de respeito com o cliente deveria dar treinamento aos colaboradores pois isso e inaceltavel um erro da empresa e o cliente pagar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento..loja lotada e atendimento super lento..ainda paguei com pix e o sistema deles estava ruim e não reconheceu o pagamento na hora e não tive estorno tbm..pediu 72 horas para devolução do dinheiro!!isso é terrível para uma rede grande como essa!!
Terrible service..shop packed and super slow service..I still paid with pix and their system was bad and they didn't recognize the payment on time and I didn't have a refund either..they asked for 72 hours to return the money!!this is terrible for a big network like this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorou tanto que desisti , 1 funcionário atendendo uma pessoa os outros dois me ignoraram completamente e continuaram arrumando as prateleiras.
