★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, um vendedor nem para procurar um nome do remedio que esqueci no momento, e ainda falou grosso que tem que saber o nome ou tirar foto. Fui em outra farmacia, nao na mesma rede, e a atendente foi muito gentil, achou o nome do remedio e ainda comprei mais em conta. Se nao esta a fim de trabalhar tem mais pessoas interessadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que vou nessa farmácia o atendimento e muito ruim tem umas 4 pessoas, mais somente uma fica atendendo, fiquei na fila um tempão e queria perguntar sobre remédio para minha mãe, uma atendente que estava olhando pra cima sem fazer nada fui perguntar disse sem consultar nada que tinha, mais quem estava atendendo era outra pessoa, não entendi o que essa criatura tava fazendo lá, resumindo fui atendi e para minha surpresa não tinha, muita falta de vontade, bom fora outras coisas que vi no tempão que fiquei esperando, não volto mais lá para tentar comprar nada, acho que os proprietários não sabem disso uma farmácia nesse porte com atendimento tao ruim,
poderia dar treinamento para essas pessoas, espero que melhore o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um ótimo atendimento de um rapaz jovem e bem atencioso (não me recordo o nome). O preço do remédio que compro estava com desconto de 51% o que me deixou bem contente. Um ponto negativo, ter apenas um caixa para pagamento.

À farmacêutica Graciele Aparecida é maravilhosa, super prestativa, fiz ó teste de Antígeno e não senti nenhum desconforto, ela é muito delicada pra fazer ó teste.
Só tenho quê agradecer pelo atendimento nota 10!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RETIFICANDO: Confundi essa unidade da DSP com uma unidade do centro de Suzano. Essa Unidade de Mogi das Cruzes é EXCELENTE no atendimento, localização, limpeza e tudo mais. Ruim são os preços, mas a culpa é principalmente dos políticos.
CORRECTLY: I confused this DSP unit with a unit from the Suzano center. This Mogi das Cruzes Unit is EXCELLENT in service, location, cleaning and everything else. Bad are the prices, but it is mainly the politicians' fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 10/06/2021 por volta das 19:30, a farmacêutica responsável se recusou a vender meu remédio controlado, cuja receita era datada em 11/05/2021, alegando que já havia se passado 32 dias! Matemática básica e mesmo mostrando que ela estava errada, afirmou: Aqui contamos assim.
Me causou grande transtorno, principalmente por ser um remédio que necessito muito. Péssimo atendimento!
OBS: assim que saí desta unidade, comprei o remédio na Droga Raia.
On 06/10/2021 around 19:30, the responsible pharmacist refused to sell my prescription drug, whose prescription was dated 05/11/2021, claiming that 32 days had passed! Basic math and even showing that she was wrong, he said: Here we count like this.
It caused me great inconvenience, mainly because it is a medicine I need a lot. Terrible attendance!
NOTE: as soon as I left this unit, I bought the medicine at Droga Raia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é ótima, não é uma loja grande mas tem um bom espaço e bem organizado, vários caixas e bastante atendentes e farmacêuticos.
Tem opção de estacionar ao lado de trás da loja ou no estacionamento compartilhado já que lá fica uma espécie de mini shopping.
The location is great, it's not a big store but it has a good space and well organized, several cashiers and plenty of attendants and pharmacists.
You have the option of parking at the back of the store or in the shared parking lot as there is a kind of mini mall there.
