★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida... porém busquei desconto em medicação e não fui informada que tinha a mesma medicação similar pela metade do preço e que poderia trocar receita com medico, no mesmo dia negociei com o 1° funcionário, ela disse não ser pratica mas faria a troca da medicação com volta da diferença, fiquei muito indignada pois fiz todo o procedimento de troca da receita e voltei na farmácia hoje pela manhã ( 2 dias depois) e não fui atendida como foi combinado com o 1º funcionário, o 2° funcionário não autorizou, alegou que a diferença de valor deveria ser gasta em outro produto da farmácia... como consumidora estou deixando registrado meu descontentamento deste estabelecimento não recomendo , com tantas opções de farmácias o cliente deveria ser uma prioridade!
 I was well taken care of ... but I sought a discount on medication and I was not informed that I had the same medication for half the price and that I could change prescription with a doctor, the same day I negotiated with the 1st employee, she said not to be practical but would do the exchange of medication with the difference back, I was very indignant because I did all the procedure of exchange of the prescription and I returned to the pharmacy this morning (2 days later) and I was not attended as it was combined with the first employee, the 2nd employee did not authorized, claimed that the difference in value should be spent on another product of the pharmacy ... as a consumer I am leaving registered my displeasure of this establishment I do not recommend, with so many pharmacy options the customer should be a priority!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento não colocam preços nos produtos corretos e quando você vai questionar são grossos sugiro ao pessoal responsável tomar uma atitude ou então mudar de equipe afinal de contas como clientes temos nossos direitos e se o pessoal que está lá não quer trabalhar de o lugar para quem quer e realmente necessita....
Bad service does not put prices on the right products and when you are going to ask questions they are thick I suggest the responsible people to take action or change the team after all as customers we have our rights and if the people who are there do not want to work for the place for whom wants and really needs ....

E falam que a gerente que mandou!
Se fecha as 22:45 atualizar o horário é o mais correto, e não faz pessoas de besta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adoro essa Farmacia, mas na última quarta-feira (20/10/21) presenciei algo lá que fiquei em choque. Estava aguardando atendimento e chegou uma moça para fazer teste de COVID. O horário dela era 10:30 e ela chegou cerca de uma hora antes. A moça do balcão disse que não poderia atendê-la, somente no horário do agendamento. Até aí, tudo bem. A moça insistiu, pois teria de esperar muito tempo, então a atendente da farmácia, de nome Claudia, teve a “brilhante” ideia de dizer para ela aguardar em uma das duas padarias próximas à farmácia do Castelo. Sim. A atendente da farmácia sugeriu que uma pessoa COM SINTOMAS DE COVID fosse aguardar seu horário em um ambiente fechado onde outras pessoas ficam sem máscara, comendo e bebendo. Muita irresponsabilidade, eu fiquei chocada. Falei com as funcionárias da farmácia, mas elas fizeram pouco caso da minha indignação.
I love this Pharmacy, but last Wednesday (10/20/21) I witnessed something there that I was in shock. I was waiting for assistance and a girl arrived to take a COVID test. Her time was 10:30 and she arrived about an hour early. The girl at the counter said she couldn't see her, only at the time of appointment. Until then, so good. The girl insisted, as she would have to wait a long time, so the pharmacy attendant, named Claudia, had the “brilliant” idea of telling her to wait at one of the two bakeries near the Castle pharmacy. Yes. The pharmacy attendant suggested that a person WITH COVID SYMPTOMS should wait for their time in a closed environment where other people are without masks, eating and drinking. Too much irresponsibility, I was shocked. I spoke to the pharmacy employees, but they ignored my indignation.

Os valores dos produtos sempre estão errados, nas pratilheiras esta um valor mais barato quando chega no caixa sempre esta 10 reais a mais ou ate mais que isso. hj tive uma terceira visita a farmácia e mais uma vez tive um péssimo atendimento pela atendente Tauane, Primeiro distratou uma senhora que queria comprar um dipirona, e quando chego na minha vez fui compra um pós sol que na pratilheira estava 23,90 ela me cobrou no caixa 39,90 ainda me chamou de mentirosa, fora que a cliente que estava na minha frente ocorreu o mesmo erro, um remédio que custava 12 chegou no caixa venderam por 29,90 e falaram que era erro de sistema. ate entendo o erro de sistema mas a grosseria do atendimento dessa atendente é imperdoável, não quer trabalhar fica em casa, esta com problemas fica em casa e não vem tratar mal quem esta ajudando a pagar seu salario. Pior que pra avaliar tem que dar 1 estrela, isso nao vale uma estrela.
