★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Drogaria São Paulo na Av Do João VI, 203 - Brotas - Salvador - Bahia e o atendimento é ruim e bem desorganizado. Eles enviam torpedos p os clientes cadastrados no CPF anunciando promoções e descontos, mas qdo vamos lá cobrar, eles dizem q tem algo errado e que não está no sistema. Enfim... PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!
I went to Drogaria São Paulo at Av Do João VI, 203 - Brotas - Salvador - Bahia and the service is bad and very disorganized. They send text messages to customers registered with the CPF announcing promotions and discounts, but when we go to charge, they say there is something wrong and that it is not in the system. Anyway ... MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT !!!

Dia 05.11.21 enviaram email afirmando que tinha saído para entrega. Só que no mesmo email havia um link de acompanhamento do pedido e apenas constava que o pedido havia sido CRIADO. Ainda faltava o DESPACHO, EM TRÂNSITO e somente depois o SAIR PRA ENTREGA.
À noite liguei pra central e a unidade de Brotas teve a audácia de dizer que esteve a procura de minha residência e não achou no mesmo dia da compra.
Ora essa empresa mentirosa, sem ética e sem profissionalismo esqueceu do email enviado que no dia 05 tinha saído para entrega e no mesmo email ela se desmentiu.
Gerente sem caráter!
Empresa depois que o pagamento do cartão é efetuado não tá nem aí pra entregar o medicamento.
Esse gerente mentiroso não serve nem pra administrar o quintal de baraco na pior favela do mundo.
I bought 02 medicines on 11.04.2021 with delivery in 02 hours. It happened that the delivery was not carried out.
On 11.05.21 they sent an email stating that it had gone out for delivery. But in the same email there was a link to follow up on the order and it only stated that the order had been CREATED. It still lacked the ORDER, IN TRANSIT and only after the EXIT PRA DELIVERY.
At night I called the central and the unit in Brotas had the audacity to say that they were looking for my house and didn't find it on the same day of purchase.
Now this lying, unethical and unprofessional company forgot the email sent that on the 5th had gone out for delivery and in the same email it denied it.
Manager without character!
The company after the card payment is made doesn't care to deliver the medicine.
This lying manager is not even good enough to manage the baraco yard in the worst favela in the world.
