★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia muito desorganizada, cheguei às 14:30 para fazer um teste de Covid que estava agendado desde as 7 da manhã, quando chegou minha vez de realizar fui informada que o tipo de teste que agendei não realiza nessa unidade. No meu ver o site é falho que não realiza porque há agendamento na unidade? E o farmacêutico quando recebe o agendamento pq não verifica o tipo de teste que será feito e entra em contato com o paciente? Pessimo
Very disorganized pharmacy, I arrived at 2:30 pm to do a Covid test that had been scheduled since 7 am, when it was my turn to perform it, I was informed that the type of test I scheduled does not perform in this unit. And when the pharmacist receives the appointment, why does he not check the type of test that will be done and contact the patient? Terrible

Não se deixou abalar pela demanda excessiva de clientes que haviam para realizar os testes de covid e com paciência e empatia, foi possível realizar com excelência o atendimento de todos !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou nessa farmácia de dormindo, o atendimento e ótimo, mas precisei ir ontem dia 09/05 atendimento péssimo, a atendente mulher falou que a drogaria não vendia bolsas de colostomia, sendo que compro a cada 15 dias lá. O atendimento dela foi péssimo ?.
