★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 28/10/20, fui a está loja comprar uma medicação para uso neurológica no qual eu precisava muito. Depois de não ter conseguido a medicação em outras drogarias. O atendente que estava lá por volta das 20hrs. Buscou a medicação e disse que naquela unidade não tinha e nem teria na rede drogaria SP, muito menos nas proximidades, pois se tivesse ele poderia pedir para retirar no dia seguinte nesta loja da rua Figueiras que fica cerca de 200 metros da minha residência. Quando voltei para casa, ciente que precisava logo da medicação fiz uma busca e a primeira loja que apareceu foi a DROGARIA SP, e ao contrário do que ele disse essa unidade fica bem próxima a essa loja, cerca de 900m. Fiquei bem chateada pois precisarei me deslocar de carro e pagar estacionamento pois a loja fica dentro do shopping se ele tivesse um pouquinho de boa vontade teria feito uma busca melhor. Inclusive me disse que eu teria dificuldades em encontrar a medicação. Quando vamos a uma drogaria, para comprar medicação é porque precisamos, muitas vezes são necessidades urgentes, não custa ter boa vontade e ajudar o cliente, essa loja é relativamente nova e está cheia de outras ótimas drogarias ao redor Pra que tanta má vontade com o cliente? Acho que é para não voltar, pois é isso que vou fazer.
