★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bagunçado, a fila do caixa não anda, os preços nas gondolas estão trocados, leitor de preço quebrado, nada funciona.
No quarteirão seguinte achei uma farmácia bem menor, com melhor atendimento e paguei mais barato. Droga SP tô fora!!

Hoje desisti de ficar na fila de atendimento e fui para a Droga Raia!
Já tentei falar duas vezes com a gerência, mas, o atendimento só piorou.
Penso que o Dono já está milionário e não se importa mais na qualidade do atendimento!
Hoje tinha um atendente no balcão e cinco no caixa!
Após muitas tentativas na esperança de melhora, acredito que não voltarei mais nesta unidade!

Fui as 7:30 tomar uma injeção, a balconista me informou que tinha o medicamento, porém me pediu para retornar mais tarde pois estava cheio de exames de covid agendado. Sendo assim as 13:00 liguei na farmácia, informei o medicamento e agendei para ir às 17:20. Neste horário cheguei na farmácia, primeiro a atendente perguntou se eu tinha agendado pois não tinha ninguém para aplicar, o que já é um absurdo pq é obrigatório por lei ter farmácia no local, depois ela me disse que ele iria chegar daqui a pouco na farmácia, então quando ela foi pegar o medicamento me informou que não tinha e ficou questionando ironicamente se eu tinha avisado qual seria a injeção. Essa farmácia é um lixo! Um absurdo uma farmácia de uma rede dessa com tantos problemas!
