Guys I'm amazed by the comment of this boy Max we all know that omission of help is a crime and soon a pharmacy? good there are humans and people right unfortunately. I imagine that people who didn't want to help this boy will never get sick or need someone else's help

Como não tenho parentes em Campinas, somente uma família amiga, eles se preocupam com o meu bem estar e chegaram até a oferecer ajuda, caso eu precisasse, para a minha alimentação, pois comprariam algo pronto e levariam para mim. Sou muito grata a todos que são muito gentis e atenciosos.
Unlike the comment from the boy who had glottic edema, and I think it's true, I'm very well attended. As I have no relatives in Campinas, only a family friend, they care about my well being and even offered help, if I needed, for my food, because they would buy something ready and take it to me. I am very grateful to all who are very kind and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprou pela internet e pediu para retirar na loja? De todas as lojas da região essa é a única que gera problemas, não cumprem os prazos e cancelam pedidos sem explicações. Melhor ir na Drogasil em frente, do que perder tempo com o péssimo atendimento desse lugar.
Did you buy online and ask to pick it up at the store? Of all the stores in the region, this is the only one that creates problems, does not meet deadlines and cancels orders without explanation. Better to go on Drogasil ahead, than to waste time with the terrible service of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do lugar há uns dois anos. Ontem eu estava em casa quando comecei a ter um crise alérgica grave. Sai de casa as pressas e peguei só a carteira, esquecendo o celular. Corri até essa farmácia e comprei um antialérgico. Chegando lá já estava difícil respirar e a atendente recomendou que eu fosse ao hospital. Pois eu estava empolado e sem conseguir respirar direito. Quando eu ia descendo pra casa pra pegar o celular, minha crise piorou e minha garganta fechou. Eu não conseguia mais respirar. Voltei a farmácia e basicamente implorei que alguém chamasse um Uber pra mim, mostrei minha carteira e que estava com dinheiro. Mas mesmo assim eles se recusaram, me desejando apenas um boa sorte e praticando omissão de socorro. Não pisarei mais naquele lugar, e sinceramente recomendo que vocês façam o mesmo. Pois visam apenas o lucro e a empatia é zero.
I've been a client of the place for a couple of years. Yesterday I was at home when I started having a severe allergic crisis. I left the house in a hurry and took only my wallet, forgetting my cell phone. I ran to this drugstore and bought an antiallergic. Getting there was difficult to breathe and the attendant recommended that I go to the hospital. Because I was blistered and unable to breathe properly. As I went downstairs to get my cell phone, my crisis got worse and my throat closed. I could no longer breathe. I came back to the drugstore and basically begged someone to call me an Uber, showed me my wallet and had money. But even so they refused, wishing me only good luck and practicing omission of help. I will no longer step in that place, and I sincerely recommend that you do the same. For they aim only at profit and empathy is zero.
