★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fila mesmo com poucos clientes dentro da farmácia, hj um caixa só atendendo, o cliente que estava pagando saiu , eu me aproximei e o rapaz do caixa disse que eu tinha esperar ele chamar, um caixa só e tem ter intervalo de um cliente pra outro, é as pessoas na fila esperando, a Drogaria São Paulo Rua Retiro tem atendimento impecável, sugiro que vejam o atendimento lá pra ver se melhora, vocês aí da Rua Rosário tem ter mais respeito com cliente.
Lousy service, queue even with few customers inside the pharmacy, there is only one cashier answering, the customer who was paying left, I approached and the cashier guy said I had to wait for him to call, one cashier and there is a one-hour break client to another, people waiting in line, Drogaria São Paulo Rua Retiro has impeccable service, I suggest you see the service there to see if it improves, you at Rua Rosário have more respect with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa farmácia no dia 12/07/21, porem o atendente do caixa precisava cancelar um registro que foi feito por engano, esperamos um bom tempo pelo gerente Diogo e Camila que não apareceu no caixa, ate desisti da compra, pois já estava atrasada, me informaram que ficam lá dentro e demoram para atender chamado dos caixas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria entender qual é a dificuldade de atender bem as pessoas. Todas as vezes que vou nessa farmácia saio daí chateada. Única coisa que salva essa farmácia,são os meninos do caixa. Pq até as meninas que atendem no caixa são mal educadas. Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento
