★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acusada pelo sub gerente de falsificadora da minha própria assinatura esse senhor Silvano sub gerente da loja mim fez assinar 3 vezes e mesmo assim disse que tinha divergência na assinatura em decorrência disso fiquei sem o meu medicamento de uso contínuo que pego todo mês nessa mesma farmácia. Estou tomando minhas providências pelo enorme constrangimento e não mim sinto em condições de entrar mais naquele estabelecimento. Esse fato ocorreu dia 09.01.22. A farmacêutica segundo o senhor Silvano pedui que fosse estornado o pricedimento e só liberar qdo eu assinasse corretamente.
