Só não atende emergências, afinal, é uma farmácia... O UPA fica algumas quadras abaixo...rsrs

Twice I get my medicine at the popular pharmacy there and every time the government system is out there, I go to the drugstore and the government system there is ok, I would like to understand this flawed system. What government are we talking about?? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A anos sou cliente da Drogaria SP, moro na cidade de Sumaré SP, frequentava quando necessário a loja do bairro Matão.
Eu disse frequentava pois não estou mais achando seguro ir até ao local, das grandes farmácias de rede da minha região, a Drogaria SP é a única que colocou uma placa na porta indicando ter disponíveis testes para Covid, ao chegar na loja tenho visto que não há um limite de clientes para entrar, e um grande número de pessoas, sintomáticas, indo procurar o tal teste, promovendo aglomeração e acabam dividindo o mesmo espaço com as outras pessoas.
Não acho correto expor os demais clientes a isso só para obter lucro com um teste com eficiência questionável que não fornece 100% de confiabilidade.
Eu não ponho mais meus pés lá enquanto for mantida essa irresponsabilidade.
Minha crítica se estende a rede já que dos funcionários da unidade não tenho nada a reclamar, sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos.
For years I have been a client of Drogaria SP, I live in the city of Sumaré SP, I went to the Matão neighborhood store when necessary.
I said I used to because I am no longer thinking it safe to go to the place, from the big chain pharmacies in my region, Drogaria SP is the only one that put a sign on the door indicating that tests are available for Covid. there is a limit of customers to enter, and a large number of people, symptomatic, go looking for such a test, promoting agglomeration and end up sharing the same space with other people.
I don't think it's right to expose other customers to this just to make a profit with a test with questionable efficiency that doesn't provide 100% reliability.
I no longer put my feet there as long as this irresponsibility is maintained.
My criticism extends to the network since the unit's employees have nothing to complain about, always very attentive and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, se enviarem remédios errados pra você, como enviaram pra mim, acreditem vai ser uma eternidade para reparerem o erro... Não atendem o telefone, e não tem outra maneira de resolverem o problema.
Horrible service, if they send you the wrong medicine, as they sent it to me, believe me, it will be an eternity to fix the error... They don't answer the phone, and there's no other way to solve the problem.

A gente é feito de trouxa, agendei horário pra fazer o teste pelo site, quando cheguei pra fazer não tinha, perdi tempo e oportunidade de fazer em outro lugar.
No site falam que ainda tem disponibilidade para fazer o teste e chega lá não tem.
Só não deu nenhuma estrela pq não tem essa opção

We are made of a fool, I scheduled a time to take the test through the website, when I arrived to do it, I didn't have it, I lost time and opportunity to do it somewhere else.
On the website they say they still have availability to take the test and get there, they don't have it.
The only reason I didn't give it a star is because I don't have that option.
