★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, você compra pela internet para retirada no local, confirmam que o remédio está em separação, debitam seu cartão e depois de quase 3h ligam dizendo que não tem o remédio.
Daí para pedir o reembolso é uma dor de cabeça sem tamanho, sem contar que demora mais de 5 meses para te devolverem o valor! Não recomendo!!!!
 Unfortunately, you buy online for pickup on site, confirm that the medicine is in separation, charge your card and after almost 3 hours call saying you don't have the medicine.
Hence to ask for reimbursement is a headache without size, not to mention that it takes more than 5 months to return the amount to you! I do not recommend!!!!

Até para cancelar o pedido, que atrasou, não é possível, porque não atendem. Não dão satisfação sobre o pedido e seu atraso. Esperam que a pessoa doente fique a mercê de um atendimento ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre fui muito bem atendida por toda equipe da drogaria SP, porém na data de ontem 14/05/22 e hoje 15/05/22, meu namorado e eu fomos tão mal atendidos por uma funcionária chamada Bruna que perdemos até o prazer de frequentar a mesma. Lamentável ter uma funcionária tão ríspida e sem educação para com seus clientes. Por mais que não goste do que faz, acredito que o respeito é indispensável para com quem quer que seja. Fica a dica de quem frequenta esse estabelecimento quase toda semana!!!
I have always been very well attended by the entire team at the SP drugstore, but yesterday 05/14/22 and today 05/15/22, my boyfriend and I were so poorly attended by an employee named Bruna that we even lost the pleasure of attend the same. It's a shame to have such a rude and rude employee with her customers. As much as I don't like what I do, I believe that respect is indispensable for anyone.
