Very cordial and attentive attendant, delivery in very reasonable time despite the bad weather conditions and flooded streets. No charge for delivery.

â â â â â Serviço pĂ©ssimo. Solicitei uma entrega a domicilio as 12:38 minutos, atĂ© as 15:00 esperando e nada. Sem nenhuma resposta, sem previsĂŁo. Uma verdadeira bagunça. Um atendimento horroroso, pessoas despreparadas, acredito que o dono da empresa nĂŁo deve saber o que passa. NĂŁo recomendo essa farmĂĄcia a ninguĂ©m.
Lousy service. I asked for a home delivery at 12:38 a.m., until 3 p.m. waiting and nothing. No answer, no prediction. A real mess. An awful attendance, unprepared people, I believe that the owner of the company should not know what happens. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

â â â â â PĂ©ssima!!! Hoje eu presenciei a maior falta de respeito dos funcionarios da Drogaria Tamoios da Teixeira e Souza com uma idosa que estava operada e ansiosa para ter atendida por ter perguntado se ñ havia outro caixa aberto.
Um funcionario baixinho careca mandou ela procurar outra farmacia se ela nao eativesse satisfeita. A senhora chorando pediu para falar com a gerente q estava ao lado dele parecendo concordar com o funcionario.
Funcionarios mal educados despreparados preguiçosos e sem educaçao.
Gosto muito dos preços da Tamoios, mas infelizmente tem um historico de maus funcionarios. Lamentavel acontecimento.

Terrible !!! Today I witnessed the greatest lack of respect from the employees of Drogaria Tamoios da Teixeira e Souza with an elderly woman who was operated and eager to have answered if there was no other cashier open.
A short bald official sent her looking for another pharmacy if she eativesse not satisfied. The lady crying asked to speak to the manager q stood beside him looking agree with the employee.
Staff poorly educated and unprepared lazy without education.
Like a lot of the Tamoios prices, but unfortunately has a historical bad employees. Regrettable event.
If it was my mother I would call the police

A atendente do caixa, me fugiu o nome, infelizmente!! extremamente educada e muito solĂcita, disse que seria mais econĂŽmico determinado produto, procurou no sistema e foi ao estoque pegar. Ătima farmĂĄcia, Ăłtimos preços, excelentes FuncionĂĄrios!
Great! I believe the pharmacist, very helpful and very polite, recommended me great products for children! The cashier, the name escaped me, unfortunately!! extremely polite and very solicitous, she said that a particular product would be more economical, she searched the system and went to the stock to get it. Great pharmacy, great prices, excellent employees!
