A garbage of care! 3 hours waiting for the drugs to arrive, besides having already made 2 complaints over the phone (when they finally wanted to attend). Officers extremely unprepared and very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendida por funcionária. Alem de ter atrasado mais de 2 hs pra entregar o produto, ele ainda veio errado. Ao ir no estabelecimento e reclamar sobre o erro do produto, a funcionaria fez cara feia por estar preenchendo a ficha, começou a bater nos objetos, no teclado do computador com muita violência. Foi um absurdo. Todos os funcionários ficaram chocados com o comportamento dela. Nunca mais compro qualquer coisa la.
I was poorly attended by an employee. Besides having delayed more than 2 hours to deliver the product, it still came wrong. When going to the establishment and complaining about the product error, the employee frowned at being filling out the form, started hitting the objects, on the computer keyboard with great violence. It was absurd. All employees were shocked by her behavior. I never buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento, funcionárias despreocupadas, falta de reposição de mercadoria tendo que parar o atendimento para pegar coisa no estoque... No final a máquina de cartão ainda estava com defeito e tiveram que pegar outra. Demorei quase 30 minutos para comprar uma gaze e um absorvente e a loja estava vazia.
Slow service, carefree employees, lack of replenishment of goods having to stop the service to pick up something in stock... In the end, the card machine was still defective and they had to get another one. It took me almost 30 minutes to buy a gauze and a tampon and the store was empty.

4 horas pra entregar um medicamento cujo meu endereço fica no bairro ao lado.
O entregador parece que tava vindo de tartaruga, falta de responsabilidade.
Não peço mais e aconselho a quem estiver lendo a não pedir também, principalmente se for uma urgência.
Terrible, lack of respect, absurd slowness, arrogance on the part of the employees.
4 hours to deliver a medicine whose address is in the next neighborhood.
The delivery guy looks like he was coming on a turtle, lack of responsibility.
I don't ask anymore and I advise those who are reading not to ask either, especially if it's an emergency.
