★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz duas compras para entrega nessa farmácia. Na primeira compra o rapaz levou o troco errado, ficou faltando R$10,00. No segundo, que foi hoje (08/04) pediram pra eu fazer o cadastro, fiz mas disse que o endereço do cadastro era diferente do da entrega. Eles entregaram no endereço errado, no do cadastro... Liguei novamente e falaram que não poderiam pagar duas taxas de entrega, então seria melhor cancelar a compra, já que eu não poderia buscar no outro endereço. Lamentável!
I made two purchases for delivery at this pharmacy. In the first purchase the boy took the wrong change, he was missing R $ 10.00. In the second, which was today (08/04) I was asked to register, I did but said that the address of the register was different from the delivery address. They delivered it at the wrong address, at the registration ... I called again and said they couldn't pay two delivery fees, so it would be better to cancel the purchase, since I couldn't look at the other address. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo celular/telentrega/whatsapp e o atendente não queria me vender com pagamento pelo PIX. Disse a ele que faria o PIX aqui quando o motoboy entregasse, e ele afirmou que deveria ser feito antes de sair da loja. Não fez sentido para mim e questionei, e ele alegou uma situação isolada que aconteceu na loja e então disse que iria pagar pelo cartão. Quando o motoboy chegou aqui vi que não tinha saldo suficiente no cartão e quis fazer o pagamento pelo PIX. O motoboy ligou para o atendente e ainda ficou reclamando no telefone. Que engraçado: eu querendo pagar diretamente pelo PIX e a loja reclama disso? Reclama que a forma de pagamento foi diferente? Pesou trazer a maquina de cartão? Atendimento, dessa vez, foi bem aquém do que tem sido. Minha experiência foi realmente embaraçosa e tenho a reclamar do atendente da loja 2.
I ordered by cell phone/teldelivery/whatsapp and the attendant did not want to sell me with payment by PIX. I told him I would do the PIX here when the courier delivered, and he said it should be done before leaving the store. How funny: I want to pay directly for the PIX and the store complains about it? Complain that the payment method was different? Did you bring the card machine? Service, this time, was far from what it has been. My experience was really embarrassing and I have to complain about the store 2 attendant.
