★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mês passado fiz uma compra de nebolizador e demorou muito, quando retornei a ligação falando que precisava com urgência e já estava a mais de duas a espera, falaram que tinha que avisar que era urgência na hr da compra. Hj dia 06/08/2020 às 10:04h, tentei fazer uma compra para a minha vizinha e como a neta dela havia ligado a pouco tempo a atendente foi super grossa comigo, afirmando que eu já havia ligado e já havia perguntado a msm coisa, eu tentei explicar e ela continuou sendo grossa. Não recomendo essa drogaria a nenhum amigo e vizinho pela falta de educação dos atendentes, fora a falta de feedback da empresa.

I do not recommend this drugstore to any friend and neighbor due to the lack of education of the attendants, apart from the lack of feedback from the company.

Hoje dia 05/04/2021, fiz um pedido as 19:45 e as 20:45 liguei novamente para saber a respeito do meu pedido, foi muito mau atendido, muito mau me disseram que os pedidos ja tinham saído... Fiquei aguardando até agora as 21:58 fora que ja liguei várias vezes novamente e ninguém me atendeu, acredito que ja deve ter fechado e eu fiquei sem meu remédio.. OBRIGADO PELO COMPROMETIDO COM O CLIENTE.

Today 04/04/2021, I placed an order at 19:45 and at 20:45 I called again to find out about my order, it was very poorly attended, very bad I was told that the orders had already left ... I was waiting so far at 21:58 out that I have already called several times again and no one answered, I believe it must have closed and I ran out of my medication ..
