Minha mãe comprou hoje um umidificador de ar nessa farmácia, chegando em casa abri e vi que ele estava com várias avarias, embalei novamente voltei na loja para mostrar e trocar já que paguei um aparelho novo E não usado. Fui informada que não trocaram que testou antes e estava funcionando. Impediram para entrar em contato com fabrica já que tirou selo d sensação na frente da minha mãe, chegando em casa perguntei para minha mãe se ela mostrou dela que estava tirando minha mãe disse não ela abriu caixa não.tinha selo. Quê É dizer fomos passados para tras. Para melhorar agora fui ligar e não veda reservatório esta vazando agua. Agora o que faço preciso urgente dele vou ter levar na assistência técnica de uma coisa que comprei novo E nem.usei. palhaçada ! Experiência péssima com.farmacia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um protetor solar infantil em aerosol na Bifarma da Av Ruy Rodrigues, usei apenas uma vez e não funcionou mais, fui até a farmácia pra trocar e a atendente me disse que o produto estava aberto e não poderia trocar, então perguntei como saberia se estava com defeito sem abrir o produto, ela me respondeu que se trocasse sairia do bolso dela, depois me disse que se usei uma vez o produto não tinha saído quebrado da loja, um absurdo total, um descaso com o cliente, afinal ninguém compra um protetor solar de 150ml pra usar uma vez. E ainda tive que comprar outro protetor solar na viagem para minha filha, saindo ainda mais no prejuízo. A farmácia lesa os clientes e pouco se importa com o cliente.
