★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O marketing dessa farmácia é que os preços são os "melhores", "mais baixos". Mas na prática não é nada disso, os valores não são nada competitivos com os praticados na concorrência. O atendimento precisa melhorar muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um medicamento nesse local era em creme e veio pomada. Hoje fui lá fazer a troca da pomada pelo creme. A funcionária levou 30 minutos para fazer a troca e me levou ao caixa onde fiquei esperando mais 20 minutos para passar no sistema e foi constatado que o procedimento de troca foi feito errado. Resultado: fiquei 50 minutos pra trocar uma pomada por um creme e como ia ter que esperar mais sabe-se lá quanto tempo, preferi perder o dinheiro e larguei o tal medicamento lá e fui embora. Muitos funcionários, que não sabem operar o equipamento e atender o consumidor. Nota zero. Nem entro mais nessa farmácia.
I bought a medicine in this place was in cream and came ointment. Today I went there to change the ointment for the cream.
