Porém fui muito mal atendida pela funcionária Viviane que disse ser farmacêutica e gerente, porém não estava com nenhuma identificação de farmacêutica e nem vestida como tal. Ficou discutindo comigo porque eu queria comprar um sabonete líquido Protex for Mem pelo preço que estava no sistema, R$7,99, com ar de deboche não me deixou exercer meu direito de consumidora, e ainda falou que me deixaria levar o produto de graça porque eu estava fazendo questão de R$5,00. Me senti ofendida e acabei levando um xarope e o sabonete líquido Protex Balance. Meu marido está internado no Hospital Caxias D'or, ele trabalha em mercado e sempre me diz que o consumidor deve pagar o preço que está no sistema, se tiver errado o cliente leva pelo preço menor e depois é ajustado no sistema. Gostaria de deixar claro que não sou nenhuma ignorante e estou profundamente chateada com o acontecido. Que essa senhora se posicione e saiba valer seu cargo de gerente da próxima vez. Indignação é o que estou sentindo no momento e não levei o sabonete de graça, porque achei uma afronta a minha pessoa, eu estava ali para comprar e não roubar.

I would like to make it clear that I am not ignorant and I am deeply upset about what has happened. May this lady take a stand and know how to be worth her managerial position next time. Indignation is what I'm feeling at the moment and I didn't take the soap for free, because I thought it was an affront to me, I was there to buy and not steal.

Hoje resolvi ligar para pedir apenas uma informação, e a a atendente hiper mal educada , acho que eles têm raiva dos clientes! Eu sendo proprietaria dessa loja, abriria o olho com quem está de frente, tem funcionario que pode fechar o estabelecimento com sua antipatia!!!
