The prices are good, the service at the pharmacy too, but the delivery service is terrible. It takes more than 3 hours to deliver, when they don't forget and don't deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Comprei o medicamento e fui informado de que só teria para a entrega. Esperei nada mais, nada menos, do que cinco horas!!! Sem contar que o atendimento é péssimo. Parece que estão te fazendo um favor ao te atender.
Too bad. I bought the medicine and was told that I would only have it for delivery. I waited no more, no less, than five hours !!! Not to mention that the service is terrible. It seems that they are doing you a favor by answering you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar uma estrela por que não tem como dar zero. Atendimento por telefone é um dos piores do MUNDO. É SIMPLESMENTE HORRÍVEL. Os atendentes não sabem os medicamentos que estão sendo pedido eles desligam o telefone na nossa cara. Isso quando atendem. Por que tem vezes que você liga umas 15 vezes pra conseguir fala com eles. E quando chega na sua casa está faltando produto . É uma bagunça essa farmácia . Mas são todas assim não só uma deles não, todas !
I will give a star because there is no way to give zero. Telephone service is one of the worst in the WORLD. IT'S SIMPLY HORRIBLE. The attendants don't know the medications being ordered they hang up on us. That's when they answer. Why are there times when you call about 15 times to be able to talk to them. And when you arrive at your home, a product is missing. This pharmacy is a mess. But they are all like that, not just one of them, not all!
