★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais não treinados para atender o cliente de alto nível e responsável pela loja não sabe nem o CNPJ da empresa que trabalha, mas em fim hoje fui até a loja trocar um fone de ouvido e assim que entrei fui diretamente no balcão do caixa, uma funcionária antes mesmo de eu falar ela já foi fala do este fone não é daqui, aí eu falei sim eu comprei aqui e imediatamente ela falou mais uma vez não é daqui aí eu insisti novamente mostrando a nota fiscal aí veio outra funcionária a Responsável já falando que aquele fone não era de lá, aí depois de muito insistir e realmente foi detectado o pedido do sistema e consegui trocar o fone, as vezes compro nesta farmácia porque moro na região mais depois disso só vou lá trocar o fone mais uma vez porque ele sempre para de funcionar de um lado porque já troquei outro fone outras farmácias, mas aí eu pergunto não era mais fácil o funcionário pedir a nota fiscal para o cliente ? E não achar que não é de lá, mas foi isso só comentei aqui para o proprietário ficar mais ligado com os profissionais que contrata e não o cliente ter um extress e perder o cliente definitivo.

And don't think it's not from there, but that's all I commented here for the owner to be more connected with the professionals he hires and not the client having an stress and losing the definitive client.
