Tive um problema com um produto que encomendei, e pensei "nossa vai ser terrível ter que reclamar, não vão querer me ajudar, vou ficar no prejuízo.." Graças a Deus eu quebrei a cara. Liguei e pedi pra falar com o gerente, e quem me atendeu foi o Luiz, em pouco tempo ele resolveu meu problema, me ofereceu a entrega dos produtos trocados, cobriu a oferta do que eu desejava, me auxiliou do início ao fim de maneira cordial e com muita agilidade! Moro longe da Farmenos e devo passar por no mínimo 6 farmácias pra chegar nela, mas vale muito a pena! Atendimento é tudo, e com certeza eles já sabem disso, Parabéns equipe!!!
Farmenos doesn't sell products, it sells SERVICE ?! I had a problem with a product I ordered, and I thought "wow, it's going to be terrible to have to complain, they won't want to help me, I'll be at a loss.." Thank God I broke my face. I called and asked to speak with the manager, and Luiz was the one who answered my problem, in a short time he solved my problem, offered me the delivery of the exchanged products, covered the offer of what I wanted, helped me from start to finish in a cordial way and very quickly! I live far from Farmenos and I have to go through at least 6 pharmacies to get there, but it's worth it! Service is everything, and for sure they already know that, Congratulations team!!!
