★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o atendimento presencial sempre foi muito boa, mas o atendimento via chamada telefônica é inexistente. Nem sempre dispomos de tempo pra estar colhendo informação sobre a disponibilidade de alguma medicação e a via mais rápida que a tecnologia nos ofereceu foi a camarada ligação telefônica, mas o estabelecimento parece nao entender isto e nao realiza o atendimento de sequer UMA ligação, eu fico pasma com isso. É a terceira vez que preciso de uma informação por essa via e simplesmente o telefone comercial deles chama até você simplesmente desistir e partir pra uma outra rede.
My experience with face-to-face service has always been very good, but the service via phone call is non-existent. We do not always have time to be collecting information about the availability of any medication and the fastest way that technology has offered us was the friendly phone call, but the establishment does not seem to understand this and does not answer even ONE call, I stay amazed by it. It is the third time that I need information through this route and simply their business phone calls until you simply give up and leave for another network.
