Eu sei que ta aberto mas os apps tipo rappi, diz que ta aberto e depois que vc perde seu tempo nesse app lixo, na sacola diz que todos os seus itens estão indisponíveis! Falam mal do atendimento mas no local são todos simpáticos e eficientes. O problema é a exploração desta empresa que contrata o mínimo de funcionários pra uma loja tão grande e 24h
No one answering the phone! I know it's open but apps like rappi say it's open and after you waste your time on this junk app, in the bag it says all your items are unavailable! They speak poorly of the service but at the place they are all friendly and efficient. The problem is the exploitation of this company that hires the minimum number of employees for such a large store and 24 hours a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Tínhamos hora marcada para o teste da COVID19 e o atendente que faz o exame pediu para esperar 1 hora com várias pessoas aglomeradas esperando para serem atendidas. Falei com o pseudo-administrador que sumiu no meio das estantes. O dono dessa rede deveria escolher melhor seu staff pq conheço várias pessoas que reclamaram da lentidão e a falta de interesse dos funcionários
Terrible attendance! We had an appointment for the COVID19 test and the attendant who does the exam asked to wait 1 hour with several people crowded waiting to be seen. I spoke to the pseudo-administrator who disappeared among the shelves. The owner of this network should choose his staff better because I know several people who complained about the slowness and lack of interest of the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Estou com sintomas de virose, que pode ou não ser Covid ou gripe... Hoje pela manhã liguei para a farmácia pedindo informações sobre o teste e uma senhora me informou que eu poderia ir à noite, a partir das 22 h que o teste seria realizado. Assim eu fiz e para minha decepção fui recebida por uma senhora que informou-me que eu não poderia fazer o teste por que havia agendamentos até a meia noite! Havia mais 2 senhoras junto comigo que confirmaram que também haviam recebido essa orientação, isto é, que deveríamos buscar a farmácia a partir das 22 h, sem prévio agendamento. E a resposta foi a mesma.
Resultado: saí de lá sem fazer o teste! Achei um desrespeito e uma desorganização da empresa com relação às pessoas que buscam a farmácia para se informarem, se situarem e encontram as portas fechadas. Horrível. Saí de minha casa onde estava de repouso, me expus, para nada.
Awful. I have symptoms of a virus, which may or may not be Covid or the flu... This morning I called the pharmacy asking for information about the test and a lady informed me that I could go in the evening, from 22:00 that the test would be accomplished. So I did and to my disappointment I was greeted by a lady who informed me that I couldn't take the test because there were appointments until midnight! There were 2 more ladies with me who confirmed that they had also received this orientation, that is, that we should go to the pharmacy from 10 pm onwards, without prior appointment. And the answer was the same.
Result: I left without taking the test! I found the company disrespectful and disorganized in relation to people who seek the pharmacy to get information, get their bearings and find the doors closed. Horrible. I left my house where I was resting, I exposed myself, for nothing.
