★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quase duas horas aguardando a entrega de um pedido ( moro duas ruas a baixo da mesma, imagine se morasse mais distante). Quando relatei a demora não me responderam e logo em seguinte mandaram o motoboy me ligar dizendo que já estava chegando, e mais 1 hora para entrega! Péssimo atendimento, não recomendo!
 Bad service, almost two hours waiting for an order to be delivered (I live two streets down the street, imagine if I lived further away). When I reported the delay, they didn't answer me and soon after they sent the motoboy to call me saying that it was already arriving, and another 1 hour for delivery! Terrible service, do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem os melhores preços, mas cobrem ofertas, vale a pena tentar negociar. Mas o serviço de entrega é pessimo! Sao 2/3h pra entrega, só peçam se não tiver nenhum urgencia com o produto, senão é so stress.
They don't have the best prices, but they cover offers, it's worth trying to negotiate. But the delivery service is terrible! It takes 2/3 hours for delivery, only ask if you don't have any urgency with the product, otherwise it's just stress.

Trata muito mal os clientes pelo telefone.
Meu marido fez reclamação pessoalmente na loja do craque do pão e venho aqui para alertar o gerente da loja e os clientes. Agora a loja da craque do pão é excelente!! Atendentes ótimos!
The attendant of this unit is too arrogant! You lie saying you don't have a certain product, but when you get to the store, you do!
Treats customers over the phone very badly.
My husband made a complaint personally at the bread crack store and I come here to alert the store manager and customers. Now the bread crack store is excellent!! Great attendants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram entrega, comprei um produto com um preço e mandaram com outro preço, não fui eu quem recebeu o produto, se não teria mandado voltar tudo, nunca mais compro.
They charged me for delivery, I bought a product with one price and they sent it with another price, it was not me who received the product, otherwise I would have sent it all back, I will never buy it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é bom, os preços são razoáveis, mas com relação as entregas, É PÉSSIMA, sempre tenho problemas. E pelo que acompanho não sou a única que reclama das entregas. Caso não tenha pressa do medicamento, oriento dar um pulo no centro de Campo grande, que os preços são bem melhores, e evita dor de cabeça com entrega.
The face-to-face service is good, the prices are reasonable, but with regard to deliveries, IT IS TERRIBLE, I always have problems. And from what I follow I'm not the only one who complains about deliveries. If you're not in a hurry to get the medicine, I advise you to head to the center of Campo Grande, as the prices are much better, and you avoid headaches with delivery.
