★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de R$ 190,00 à vista no dia 11/12, e junto pedi 2 vidros de água oxigenada 10 volumes. Me mandaram 2 águas oxigenadas cremosas. Liguei de volta e pedi prá trocar. O atendente me disse que ia falar com a supervisora.Hoje, dia 14/12, liguei novamente e fui informada que se eu quisesse fazer a troca, eu teria que pagar a taxa de entrega novamente ou ir até a Drogaria fazer a troca. Quando eu me recusei a pagar a taxa e disse que eu estava pedindo prá entregar porque eu sou do grupo de risco, o atendente muito educado, me disse que ele pagaria a taxa , no que eu não aceitei. Se a Drogaria não pode fazer essa cortesia, sendo que o erro não foi meu, resolvi expor a situação e infelizmente não comprarei mais nesta farmácia. Erros acontecem e devem ser resolvidos da melhor maneira possível pelos responsáveis.
