Vou fazer uma reclamação pra empresa sobre essa loja , péssimo atendimento ser gerenciamento adequado funcionários atende péssimo são debochados filas enormes sem condições ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Tem uma atendente morena no balcão da parte de medicamentos muito mal educada grosseria! Tive a infelicidade de ser atendida por ela duas vezes! Na hora pensei sera que ela nao foi com minha fuça? Na verdade ela e assim com a maioria dos clientes, se for idosos então pior ainda! Ela não tem paciência nem educação, Não pretendo voltar nessa farmácia pr não me aborrecer , todas as drogarias Pacheco que entro sempre sou muito bem atendida, aqui Rio cumprido na praça essa atendendo deve esta achando que as pessoas tem obrigação de aturar mal humor dela. Não voltarei nem indico pr ninguém pr não ter essa péssima experiência que tive duas vezes, nao vai ter terceira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Fui fazer uma troca é a farmacêutica não queria fazer ,disse troca só podia ser feita na loja onde comprei?! Então eu questionei daí ela disse ia falar com a gerente ,depois veio dizendo que a gerente ia abrir uma ecessao,como assim me fez um favor? Até onde sei a troca pode ser feita até 7 dias ,meu produto estava em perfeito estado,aí ela vêm me dizer abriu uma ecessao? É lei ,não têm essa. Infelizmente odiei o atendimento,eles têm que melhorar muitooo ,fico imaginando o que no devem fazer com aqueles clientes que têm medo de falar ou de questionar algo ...que eles passem a ter mais empatia pelo cliente !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia sempre cheia com poucos caixas disponíveis, atendimento ruim no balcão de remédios. Funcionários brincando e conversando no balcão ao invés de atender os clientes.
Pharmacy always full with few boxes available, poor service at the medicine counter. Employees joking and chatting at the counter instead of serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um aparelho para medir pressão, pois minha esposa precisa fazer um mapa de 20 em 20 min, por incrível que pareça, assim que ligamos o aparelho não estava funcionando, fui na loja para efetuar a troca, grande notícia, o segurança simplismente disse que estava sem sistema, virando as costas e ignorando.
Pedi para falar com o gerente, sem sucesso.
Agora tenho que esperar a boa vontade do sistema retornar para efetuarem a troca do aparelho, que comprei, paguei e veio com defeito, sendo que minha esposa precisa fazer o mapa de controle de pressão.
Triste situação em que nos encontramos, expresso minha indignação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma medicação e a atendente do balcão, estava aos gritos com os colegas da farmácia , falando que a empresa tinha que dar sapatos pra eles, e eu ali, tentando me comunicar com ela, e ela ainda ficou chateada com as minhas perguntas sobre as medicações que eu queria comprar, como se tivesse incomodando. Os atendentes sem disciplina alguma. O único educado foi O rapaz do caixa. Sinceramente, não gosto dessa loja do Rio Comprido, sempre cheia!

Estive na drogaria hoje às 09:00 acompanhando a minha vó, deu a receita e pediu um remédio e o farmacêutico disse que não tinha o medicamento.
Busquei o medicamento no site e aparecia que tinha na Unidade, voltei na mesma e a nova atendente me informou que eu poderia fazer a compra pelo site e ainda conseguiria desconto. Fiz a compra às 09:25 e ela disse que em 2 horas eu poderia retirar. São 18:35 da noite e eu não fui autorizada a fazer a retirada. Estou tentando ligar para o SAC e a entrar pós -venda desdas 17:00 e nada.
Se fosse uma emergência?! Descaso com o próximos.
Não compro nunca mais!

I was at the drugstore today at 9:00 am accompanying my grandmother, gave the prescription and asked for a medicine and the pharmacist said he didn't have the medicine.
