★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia (09/11) tive o desprazer de tentar um atendimento na Pacheco do shopping Nova América ( Que fica perto do metrô).
O shopping estava sem luz desde de manhã, e eu me sentindo mal e precisando comprar meus remédios importantes, já me sentindo preocupada por saber que só conseguiria comprar na saída do trabalho. Por volta das 15horas, passei na loja Pacheco e os funcionários estavam reunidos na parte da frente da loja. Perguntei a uma menina que estava na porta se realmente não daria pra comprar os remédios e ela me respondeu com deboche que não e nem esperaram eu virar as costas para as risadas altas de deboche e desprezo comigo. As risadas foram longas e dava pra escutar da segunda escada rolante.
Estou muito triste com a Pacheco pois sou cliente de anos e não estava esperando ser desprezada pelos funcionários do jeito que fui.
Today (11/09) I had the displeasure of trying to get a service at Pacheco in the Nova América shopping mall (which is close to the subway).
The mall had had no light since this morning, and I was feeling bad and needing to buy my important medications, already feeling worried knowing that I would only be able to buy them when I got out of work. Around 3pm, I stopped by the Pacheco store and the employees were gathered at the front of the store. I asked a girl who was at the door if I really couldn't buy the medicine and she replied mockingly that she didn't and didn't even wait for me to turn my back on the loud laughter of mockery and contempt with me. The laughs were long and could be heard from the second escalator.
I'm very sad with Pacheco as I've been a customer for years and I wasn't expecting to be scorned by employees the way I was.
