Insatisfação, pois estava precisando tomar o remédio com certa urgência... se soubesse que demoraria tanto, não teria pedido....

Chegando na farmacia , me deparei com atendentes despreparados, não sabiam nem encontrar o pedido, e so depois de esperar um tempo conseguiram localizar, iam me entregar o pedido errado, questionei e chamaram uma pessoa que provalmente era gerente, qual me atendeu com muita falta de educação, como se eu cliente estivesse pedindo algum favor, e depois de muito tempo conseguir retirar os meus produtos.
Em resumo a minha avaliação. O atendimento ruim, falta de atenção e educação com o cliente, demora para encontrar o pedido e desorganização na hora da entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça do caixa me atendeu bem pois eu peguei o produto que eu queria e paguei diretamente no caixa. Fui a noite então encontrei estacionamento fácil. O produto que adquiri estava o mesmo valor das outras farmácias. Obrigam a colocar cpf na nota, não sei por qual motivo, só não me pediram o número de contato. Até porque eu não iria fornecer pois em outra farmácia forneci meu contato e ficaram enviado sms me incomodando.
